REIGN PRESENTS 'WHO THE FLIP?' MIXTAPE BY FTG (SEAN J & SOY) MIXED BY DJ SURESHOT

So yeah, its a few hours early...

Who The Flip? is the perfect way to get familiar with this emcee/producer collaboration, Flip Them Guys. Sean J (the emcee) and Soy (the producer) first worked with each other on Sean J's last album, A Tree By Itself. With the great feedback they got for their musical chemistry, it was only right to make an official group. The term "Flip" that is used in the name of the group and the mixtape represents Sean J's half (who is also half African-American) and Soy's full Filipino heritage. The Who The Flip? Mixtape, which is presented by Reign Clothing Boutique and mixed by DJ Sureshot (who is also Filipino), is a compilation of some of the tracks the duo already released to the public. The mixtape also includes 2 new tracks, "DILLIGAF" and "Do Better", which wasn't released on any other project. On some of these tracks, you can find guest appearances from Jae Millz, MidaZ the Beast, Shinobi Stalin, AmIAm, UA (Unique Assassin), Dude, Illustrate (of Grey Matter), and Daewon. Since FTG can't work on an official project because Soy is on military leave, just let the Who The Flip? Mixtape hold you down in the meantime.

Reign will have a limited supply of the actual CD within the next few weeks. I'll keep ya posted.

With the WTF? (Who The Flip) mixtape dropping right around the corner, FTG (Flip Them Guys), the Ozone (Orlando) rapper/producer duo of Sean J & Soy, decided to drop one more track before the mixtape release. This time they don't come alone with features from fellow Ozone native, Shinobi Stalin, and Sean J's long time rhyming partner from the HI-State (Hawaii), Daewon. Not only did Soy produced the beat (duh!), but he decided to drop a verse on it as well. This track was originally placed as a bonus song for the internet version of Sean J's free album, A Tree By Itself. The WTF? is mixed by DJ Sureshot and presented by Reign Clothing Boutique. The mixtape is a compilation of past tracks that already been released and 2 new tracks, "DILLIGAF" & "Do Better".

After the great response from "DILLIGAF", the rapper/producer duo FTG (Flip Them Guys), which consist of Orlando's own Sean J & Soy, drops another brand new track from their upcoming mixtape WTF? (Who The Flip?). "Do Better" is an emotional rollercoaster of honesty and arrogance over a mellow chopped-sample beat. In the song, Sean J shows the difference between an FTG track and normal Sean J and Soy collaboration... cockiness. Looking to be released in the next couple of weeks, The WTF? mixtape will be mixed by DJ Sureshot and presented by Reign Clothing Boutique. The mixtape is basically a compilation of tracks that Sean J and Soy has already done together. An official FTG project should  drop by the end of this year.
